BALAD GRUP – On May 21, 2025, BALAD Group officially signed a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with a partner company from Vietnam. The signing ceremony took place at BALAD Group’s headquarters and marked a significant milestone in expanding international cooperation in the aquaculture and marine product sectors.
This strategic partnership is aimed at strengthening the supply chain of marine commodities, particularly Clear Lobster Seedlings (Benih Bening Lobster/BBL), farmed lobsters, and other premium marine products. Through the JV structure, both companies will integrate resources, technology, and distribution networks to accelerate the growth of sustainable aquaculture across Southeast Asia.
The Vietnamese partner brings extensive experience in seafood export and advanced aquaculture management systems. This collaboration will enhance BALAD Group’s production capacity and expand access to global markets.
